Michael Wodmansee is the name of the killer who kidnapped and killed 5-year-old Jason Foreman in 1975. The murderer was 16 at the time and was convicted of second-degree murder eight years later, in 1982 when he confessed the murder.
Police arrived to Woodmansee after he tried to kidnap another boy, who managed to escape. Authorities then found the bones of Jason on Woodmansee’s house along with a journal describing the killing.
Now, news have come out that he may be released earlier from prison (he is serving a 40 years sentence). Of course, Jason’s father john Foreman is sick with this possibility. In an interview with WPRO-AM radio yesterday he stated that if Woodmansee is freed, he will kill him “as aggressively and as painfully” as he killed his son.
“That’s what he thinks about. That’s what is still on his mind I’m sure, if gets out again, to do this again,” Foreman said, adding “I do intend, if this man is released anywhere in my vicinity, or if I can find him after the fact, I do intend to kill this man,”
